1. Material advantages: independent research and development and quality assurance
Core materials: using the Shuanglian series floor paint independently developed by Zhengzhou Shuanglian, including water-based epoxy primer, high-solids mid-coat and anti-static topcoat, which has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification;
Environmental performance: VOC content is lower than the national standard, in line with EU environmental protection directives, helping BYD achieve green production goals;
Wear-resistant reinforcement: adding diamond abrasive aggregate, the wear resistance is increased by 60%, and the compressive strength is above 50MPa.
2. Construction process: four-stage precision control
Base treatment: through laser leveling, mechanical grinding, crack grouting and other technologies, ensure that the ground flatness error is ≤2mm/2m;
Anti-static system: laying copper foil conductive mesh, the surface resistance is stable at 10^6~10^9Ω, avoiding static interference of precision equipment;
Multi-layer coating: adopts "primer penetration-mortar intermediate coating leveling-conductive layer laying-self-leveling surface paint" four-layer structure, with a thickness of more than 3mm;
Sealing and curing: penetrating sealant deeply hardens concrete to improve the density and anti-oil seepage performance of the ground.
