When applying floor paint in a low-temperature environment, you should first choose a floor paint product that is resistant to low-temperature curing, such as specially developed low-temperature epoxy or polysilicon floor paint. This type of product can achieve good curing effects under low-temperature conditions. Then follow the correct steps for construction.

In December 2024, Zhengzhou Shuanglian Building Materials Co., Ltd. successfully exported a batch of polysilicon floor paint to Mongolia. Considering the low temperature climate in Mongolia in December, we specially recommended low-temperature resistant polysilicon floor paint to customers to ensure that the product can be smoothly constructed in extremely cold environments. This floor paint has excellent weather resistance and low-temperature curing properties, which not only solves the problem of low-temperature construction, but also provides high-strength, long-lasting and durable floor effects. This export reflects the reliability of our products in special environments, and also further expands the company's influence in the international market.

When applying floor paint in a low-temperature environment, the following measures need to be taken to ensure the quality of construction:

Choose low-temperature curing floor paint: Use special floor paint suitable for construction in low-temperature environments (such as -5℃ or lower), and usually add special curing agents to improve performance.

Increase the ambient temperature: Use heating equipment to raise the temperature of the construction area to the minimum construction temperature (generally 5℃-10℃).

Keep the floor dry: Make sure there is no frost or condensation on the surface of the substrate, and use a heater or hot air blower to dry it.

Adjust the curing agent ratio: Increase the curing agent ratio appropriately at low temperatures to speed up the reaction (but follow the manufacturer's recommendations).

Extend the curing time: Low temperatures will slow down the curing of the paint film. It is recommended to extend the curing time to avoid using the floor too early.

Pay close attention to the weather: Avoid construction in extremely cold, humid or windy weather to avoid affecting adhesion and film-forming effects.

Follow the product instructions for low-temperature construction to ensure that the coating performance achieves the expected effect.
